A Hellsing Organization strike team travels to Rio de Janeiro to seek—and destroy—the vampire-breeding Nazis of Millennium, only to find themselves labeled as international terrorists, a fiction perpetrated by Brazilian officials in exchange for Millennium’s promise of immortality.
