Horror thriller sequel directed by Jon Hess. Detective David Hodges (Joseph Bologna) is tasked with finding out who - or what - is reponsible for the deaths of two fisherman. He soon discovers that a local tycoon has been dumping chemicals and animal corpses into the sewers and, after feeding on them, a young alligator has mutated to massive size.
