Harrison Ford stars in this crime thriller directed by Peter Weir. During a trip to Philadelphia with his widowed mother Rachel (Kelly McGillis), young Amish boy Samuel (Lukas Haas) witnesses the murder of an undercover police officer. Detective John Book (Ford) is assigned to investigate and is shocked when Samuel identifies Lieutenant James McFee (Danny Glover) as the killer.
