Fourth feature-length spin-off from the successful anime series following the adventures of Ichigo Kurosaki (voice of Masakazu Morita), a young man who has inherited powers that require him to do battle with evil spirits. Ichigo was bequeathed his abilities as a Soul Reaper by Rukia (Fumiko Orikasa), who was too badly injured in an encounter with a spirit to go on in her role. Rukia has since become his advisor and friend and, fortunately, is on hand when Ichigo's younger sister Yuzu (Ayumi Sena) is kidnapped by a malevolent group determined to escape from Hell. It seems there is only one thing for it: Ichigo, Rukia and their friends will have to venture into Hell if they want to rescue Yuzu...
