Sylvester Stallone stars as John Rambo, the Vietnam veteran and former Green Beret, in the three original films of the action franchise, newly restored in 4K by StudioCanal. In First Blood (1982), a drifter harassed by a small-town sheriff fights back against the police and the National Guard in the forests of the Pacific Northwest. In Rambo: First Blood Part II (1985), Rambo is released from prison to search for American prisoners of war still held in Vietnam. In Rambo III (1988), he travels to Soviet-occupied Afghanistan to rescue his former commanding officer, Colonel Trautman.
