Robert Radler returns to direct this sequel to the 1989 action drama. When a black belt fighter named Travis Brickley (Chris Penn) is killed by a vicious martial artist called Brakus (Ralf Moeller) in an underground fight club known as the Colosseum, Travis's best friend Alex Grady (Eric Roberts) swears vengeance upon Brakus.
